CASA Report 2021-2022
The pillars of the SG Green Plan 2030 became foundational to the Alliance’s initiatives for the term 2021 to 2022. They were, as Dr Amy Khor, described in the Alliance’s first meeting of 2021, “specific and focused” and would ultimately guide the members in the right direction.
The Alliance’s 2021 initiatives were thus: Green Jobs initiative, Climate Education initiative, Energy Reset initiative, Green SMEs initiative, and City in Nature initiative.

In January 2019, shortly before the Alliance's second term commenced, then Ministry of Environment and Water Resources (MEWR) designated 2019 as the Year Towards Zero Waste. The Alliance responded by focusing its activities for the second term on the reduction of consumption, packaging and waste
Subsequently, COVID-19 struck in early 2020, with strict measures beginning in March that year. The Alliance's second term, initially intended to end in March 2020, was extended to February 2021 as a result, with major projects scaled back and many activities suspended or overhauled.

In its first year (2018), the Alliance identified and adopted various channels to spur 3P (people, public, private) support and action, so as to help Singapore raise awareness on climate action, with the aim to achieve Singapore’s sustainability targets, under the Paris Climate Agreement, and to reduce our carbon emissions.
The Alliance undertook three broad projects under the following names and themes: Project Education, Project Business and Project Recycling.
